   Unlike many of the larger, chain hotels, we're free to make decisions at a local level, and we're not bound by corporate policies. So if you want to eat dinner at five in the afternoon, swim in the pool at midnight or eat organic all weekend - just talk to us and we'll do all we can to make it happen.
